Privacy Policy.

We collect three categories of data: account information you give us, usage data your browser sends, and customer data you authorize us to process on your behalf.

• Account: name, work email, company, role.
• Usage: page views, referrer, IP, user agent — minimum required for analytics.
• Customer data: CRM exports, content briefs, sales transcripts you opt to share for diagnostics or service delivery.

• Deliver the service you asked for (demos, audits, pilots, managed engagements).
• Improve the platform — anonymized + aggregated only, never per-customer model training without explicit opt-in.
• Communicate with you about your engagement (no marketing list rentals — ever).
• Comply with legal obligations.

We use a small list of vendors to deliver the service. The current list is published at /security and updated on change with 30 days' notice.

Account data is retained while your account is active and 12 months after termination. Customer data follows the retention term in your DPA — typically deleted within 30 days of termination, or sooner on request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@unioneleven.ai and we respond within 30 days. EEA / UK / California residents have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA respectively — same email gets you the same response.

We follow industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), use SSO + MFA internally, and run a least-privilege access model. Our security overview lives at /security.

Material changes are announced 30 days in advance to the email on file. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
