Each tier is a band, not a SKU. Where you land inside it depends on integration depth, content volume, number of brands, and how custom the conversion paths are. A 20-minute scoping call is enough to land on a number — and we always quote inside the published range, never above it.

Loop Revenue adds a marketing-ops hire ($60–80K/yr on top). Loop Embedded adds RevOps + an analytics hire ($100–140K/yr on top). Every tier sits at 50–65% of replaced labor + tool cost.

The first 5 clients in any tier get 40% off for up to 6 months in exchange for case-study rights, a 30-min monthly feedback call, and a testimonial at 90 days if satisfied. After 6 months, pricing converts to standard.
Predictable for you, aligned for us. Per-seat penalizes adding people who should be in the loop. Per-word commoditizes the strategic layer. Per-lead penalizes us for working. Flat retainer + tier-defined volume is the cleanest match for how value actually shows up.
Loop Essentials and Loop Revenue: 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Loop Embedded: 6-month minimum (the system's memory and attribution model need that runway to stabilize). Annual billing gets ~17% off — the equivalent of two months free.
No. The price is the price. We don't meter content output, contacts, or sends. Volume scales with the tier, not with surprise overage invoices.
